Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for shipping the products that enable working capital financing for micro entrepreneurs in SEA.
Plan the product roadmap with CPO and make sure that they are shipped in on schedule.
Provide ideas and develop product vision and strategy that will help achieve the OKR of the company
Lead product scrum team to build a web/mobile application through extensive usability research and thorough understanding of sub-rural users' behaviors and needs.
Measure the result of adoption, finding pain points and iterate on the products
Prioritize products development and manage engineering resources with CTO
Negotiate deals and collaborate with ecosystem enterprise partners
Qualifications
5+ years of traditional consumer internet Product Management experience
2+ years of experience managing teams of Product Managers
Strong leadership skills
Comfortable in ambiguous working environments
Combination of scrappy entrepreneurial vigor and large scale systems thinking
Quick response to changes and able to re-prioritize team projects quickly
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Thai / English)
Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
[Bonus] Product Management experience for lending or B2B financial services product
[Bonus] Extensive understanding of financial lending and factoring products in Thai Market
[Bonus] Good understanding of data analytics required to build credit risk score
