Job Brief
Do you love creating and envisioning best-in-category systems? Do you have creative skills and design instincts? Can you figure out what customers need and implement their needs into a system? Do you have a long-term vision and can figure out a product's roadmap and reach the end goal for each area of the product?
If the answer to all the above is a big "Yes" then, we are looking for a Product Manager/Owner who will join our team and be an integral part of enhancing and developing market-leading Property Management software.
You must be mid to senior-level career personnel who has had experience as a Product Manager/Owner, you'll possess strong work habits and will be able to excel in pressure while meeting deadlines. You must have a customer-first mindset along with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and have a high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles and having experience with a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real-time alerts, etc are strongly desired.

Job Responsibilities
Scrum Product Owner for the development team
Lead the end-to-end success of our core product from discovery to launch
Own the product vision and product strategy
Prioritize and maintain the product roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics and design/user experience.
Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve product goals
Work closely with the team throughout the development process 
Requirement
Minimum 2-3 years as a Product Owner/Product Manager in digital product management
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
Experience with agile product management
Curious, creative and persistent
Strong collaborative leader, team player
Strong analytical ability
Capacity to communicate efficiently with developers, designers, quality assurance and business stakeholders
Empathy and passion for solving customer's problems
Good in English
