We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a product development (platform) and ensure a growth and return on investment of the ShobShop commerce application. From a data analysis, you will translate business ideas into product strategy and features, and follow the product development process from start to finish. We also have other strong foundations in place to make an immediate impact which include a large user-based, strong social media presence and successful retail partners.
Responsibilities
Define product visions, strategies, and product road map with management team
Work cross-functionally with business, marketing, graphic, operation and software engineer teams to conceptualize a viable product requirement.
Gather and lead business requirements which relate to products (platform) Conduct initial requirements and workflow, including UX/UI design, operation plan, innovative ideas and user stories.
Research and analyze market trends, competitors and customers to build the best in class product and platform that is capable of increasing users and generating revenue.
Plan and prioritize product features for the software engineer team, track progress, resolve potential issues with the development team, and test products in various stages.
Work closely with the software engineer team to ensure that the team always has a sufficient amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
Organize a release plan, with various teams according to business direction, including publishing a release note.
Collect feedbacks, analyze data, and look for improvements toward the product or commerce operations.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in digital product development
Good understanding of B2C products and services
Good knowledge of technology and trends in E-commerce / Social Commerce
Understanding Agile principles
Strong organizational and project management skills
Sharp analytical, creativity, reliable and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication skills and can work on multiple projects at the same time
