Job Details
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to business value or ROI
Conveys product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities of every Release and Sprint
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Represents the customer, interfaces and engages the customer
Participates in the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review
Inspects the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done
Can change the course of the project at the end of every sprint
Communicates status externally such as customer, key stakeholder
Creates Product Business development (PRD)
Creates a release plan or milestone and communication to key stakeholders
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Qualification
Previous working experience as a Product Owner is advantage
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details
Love to learn a new thing and fun with a team
Understanding logistic business is an advantage
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is advantage.
