Responsibility
Gather and lead business requirement development which relates to Business Application, in order to conduct initial requirement, screening for further processes on solution development.
Work cross-functionally with business, product, program, UI/UX designers, operation, IT, solutions which meet the business requirements
Research to understand customers' requirements, and build a best in class product and platform.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to business value.
Ensure new initiative product/ feature/ service compliance to internal, local and regional regulatory/ compliance requirements.
Address appropriate procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product rules, customer information security and system requirements.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in product development
Good understanding of consumer banking products and services.
Good knowledge of technology and trends in digital banking/ fintech and knowledge of agile process and principles.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
Good communication skill in both English & Thai
Understand Consumer Banking business and have product knowledge will be advantage.
