- Knowledge ISO 9001, 14001, IATF-16949 system and all
- Loyalty and management of organization
- Good experience for production activity 5-S., 3(kor), Safety, Kaizen, etc.
- Good skill and knowledge of cost or expense control
- Knowledge of budget control
