Achieving the production department KPI.
Ensure the process parameters are keep at minimum gap.
Ensure the final product from SSP is within the required quality standards.
Ensure the green end materials supply is adequate.
Coordinating production related matters with Engineering, Human Resource, Marketing, QA, QC, Purchasing and Accounts department
Plan training and develop and Process Executive and Production Supervisors to ensure continual performance improvement.
Motivate subordinate to achieve production target and high product quality
Analyze the production and green end related problems and take corrective/preventive actions
Be aware of machineries conditions and to coordinate with Engineering dept for proper up keeping of machineries and take part in maintenance activities by providing support to the Engineering Department
Ensure sufficient wear part and monitoring the wear part usage
Arrange manpower to work to suit the production capacity.
Monitor and evaluate employee development results in related areas.

ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรม ช่างยนต์ เตรื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีใน chipboard / กระบวนการผลิต MDF หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ
ความรู้ในการบริหารจัดการวัตถุดิบ
ความรู้ในทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
ความรู้ในการบํารุงรักษาเครื่องจักร
