Responsible for Production duty.
-Control production line and man management.
-Supervise operators lead the continous improvement in the workshop.
-Monitor and manage the absenteeism and turnover of manpower in order to reach the productivity and target.
-Prepare and update all production reports.
-Manage and supervise the shift leaders and operators to achieve in all aspects of quality, quantity, turnover, absenteeism and overtimes in the line with budget and costy.
-Develop the skills of the shift leaders and operators.

1. Thai Nationality Male 27-38 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineer.
3. Good communicate in English. Read, write, speak.
4. At lease 6 years years experience in Production management function from multinational companies.
5. Experience 3 years in supervisor level.
6. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen and related.
