The Program Manager is a full-time role that will report directly to the Country Lead of Generation Thailand. S/he will lead the planning and development of Generation Thailand’s portfolio of programs and will be directly responsible for overseeing the implementation/execution of 2-3 of these programs. S/he will also manage a team of Program coordinators and will also work closely with other functional teams such as Curriculum & Instruction, Business Development, and Marketing.
This position is open for Thailand Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Recommended 3-5 years of direct supervisory or management experience, preferably in education, government, or a commercial organization. Experience collaborating with Singapore
based public/private educational institutions is a big plus
Some experience designing and/or delivering multi-week training programs for adult learners
will be preferred. Need to have a decent understanding of various
challenges/constraints/scenarios involved in running a ‘class-room’ based training program
Some experience coaching operations staff will be preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND SCALING
Lead the design of training programs for entry level jobs with the objective of making them
sustainable, scalable and replicable across the skills training landscape
Work closely with the Curriculum & Instruction Team to provide input, support and strategic
feedback for new or existing program development
Develop relevant program budgets, lead coordination with Global teams for country specific
models and activities
Contribute to the development of systems, processes and tools for existing and new programs
and oversee the data collection process.
Support the identification and onboarding of delivery partners; negotiating contracts with
delivery partners in collaboration with the Country Lead
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Oversee the implementation of training programs and ensure key program objectives of scale and placements are met
Conduct periodic provider evaluation to ensure Generation is improving the quality of
implementation where possible
Manage and develop all delivery-partner relationships and ensure adherence to Generation
methodology across the employer engagement, recruitment, screening, training, mentorship
and employment transition phases, including but not limited to the following:
Employer engagement: Develop an employer pipeline in accordance with the scale up plan
Ensure sufficient numbers of job openings are secured before launching a cohort (typically 1.5
times the estimate numbers of participants)
Identify and grow key employer partnerships via the BD team
Create processes and tools to engage employers on a regular basis, and collect evidence of
success for placed trainees
Create employer collateral, including pitch decks, FAQs, engagement plans etc. to be used by
the BD team for employer facing activities
Recruiting: Plan and manage recruitment of participants
Plan and implement recruitment activities using appropriate promotional or marketing
methods, such as social media campaigns, presentations to/with community-based
organisations, referrals from Generation alumni, individual student outreach
Build partnerships with community organizations, job boards and Government agencies to act as
recruitment channels and create awareness among job seekers
Ensure the selection of students in accordance with the recruitment guidelines. This may include
conducting applicable eligibility checks, planning and overseeing the intake process of all
students, including medical testing & pre-work
Bootcamp: Oversee the training program
Serve as the primary point of contact for all the operational matters and ensure quality
assurance on various stages of methodology.
Collaborate with partners and team to evaluate training quality and overall program against
agreed upon objectives. Resolve any areas that need attention and lead the coordination
activities with training partners.
Transition to placement and mentorship: Oversee participant’s transition to full time employment
via the Program Management team.
Oversee the design and implementation of mentorship and any additional social support
services for our graduating cohorts
Oversee the management of placement activities with employer partners, continuously collect
placement data and insights to improve processes
Collect performance data of placed participants and employer feedback post placements and
use the insights to improve the program design
DIGITAL AND DATA MANAGEMENT
Taking full ownership of the global database tools and ensure data is entered on time, is
accurate and complete via the programs team
Being primary point of contact for 2-3 Generation TH programs for Generation Global, funders,
delivery partners, students and employers for all data requirements
Keep all student and employer data up to date, and reflected correctly on Generation TH
dashboards including the management of placement data
Ensure Generation TH program and centre staff (Instructors/Mentors, Program coordinators)
are fully trained in using all the digital tools (GenData, GenRecruiting, etc) before any cohort
begins
Providing a platform for providing IT support, and ensuring compliance with Generation’s data
policies and processes across all centres
Develop country resources to support users with their journey of using our tools (i-e
improvement in the application of proprietary data systems)
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Ensure consistent communication with Generation TH Country Lead, Board of Directors (if
needed), and key external stakeholders, including drafting coalition update emails,
disseminating minutes, and leading regular calls
Lead the calls with relevant Global Functions to ensure that the country requirements are met in
a timely manner
All other duties as assigned by the Generation TH Country Lead
