Hi, our client, a reputable organisation specialising in change/ movement incorporate environment is looking for a Project Coordinator!

The Opportunity
Opportunity to work in a reputable organisation specialising in change and move services in corporate environments
Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
1 year contract, convertible to perm
Salary: Up to $5k
Part Time Positions Available! (3 days per week)
The Talent
Min Bachelor in Facilities Management, Commercial Real Estate or Architecture & Planning or Interior design
Good communications skills
Project management skills - detail oriented, organisation and time management
Proficient in MS Suites
Comfortable to travel and commit on some weekends
Candidates with no relevant experience but with good attitude are welcome to apply as training will be provided!
Job Description
Work with various stakeholders to execute workplace movement projects for clients
Project implementation activities including planning and preparation of all move activities
Organise meetings and present projects to stakeholders
Executive/ supervise work place movement
Consolidate and manage project details, operations and deadlines
Monitor resource levels and expenses on each project against budget
Ensure the the project adhere to guideline
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
