Responsibilities
Actively lead the planning process throughout the development and implementation
Develop a comprehensive project plan for solutions implementation
Technical mentoring to the team (Software Development)
Manage overall planning, execution, and delivery
Performing coding assignments utilizing PHP in the role of Full Stack Developer
Drive collaboration between internal functional teams and client
Responsible for driving targeted milestones and achieving implementation schedule
Identify and manage issues and risk throughout the project
Provide expert guidance to address critical and/or outstanding issues affecting the implementation
Overseeing junior developers on projects and supporting various development duties
Requirements
Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
7+ years in software development as full stack developer with skill in PHP (MVC based framework)
3+ years in Project Leader or System Analyst role
Rich knowledge and experience in various framework i.e. Laravel, CodeIgniter
Have proven experience for customer management for medium and large projects
Highly self-motivated
Ability to focus and always pay attention to details
Good and effective communication and leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different teams
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Good communication skill both Thai and English
