Responsibilities:
Track the status of all projects based on updates from project managers and standardize the way such information is compiled and reported to the management.
Manage resource capacity planning to ensure appropriate and optimized for project management.
Manage project artifacts repository, and maintain lessons learned, templates, and best practices for process improvement.
IT Portfolio Management manages the view of all IT projects in the department to meet strategic business objectives.
Define IT budget and determine project priority.
Manage (plan, lead, organize, and control) team of Project Managers throughout Software Development Life Cycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
At least 1 years' experience in PMO or Project Management in insurance business will be preferable.
Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Methodologies.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines.
Good command in English (writing and speaking)
Good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
