Responsibilities:
● Assisting in establishing aProject Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
● Liaising with stakeholderssuch as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding projectrequirements.
● Outlining, defining, andinitiating the project.
● Implementing documentcontrol policies and documentation templates.
● Maintaining a good workingknowledge of assigned component projects.
● Evaluating standards ofcomponent products.
● Monitoring project progressand implementing changes where necessary.
● Monitoring expenditures inaccordance with the budget.
● Ensuring compliance withobjectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
● Compiling project reportsand informing management regarding problems.
● Ensuringthe project complies with best practices, PMO policies, and other policies.
Requirements:
● 1+ years of experience in aproject management role.
● Thorough understanding ofproject management fundamentals.
● Understanding of softwaredevelopment life cycle.
● Outstanding leadership,organizational, and time management skills.
● Outstanding verbal andwritten communication skills.
● Strongpeople skills.
