Define project scope and collect user requirements
Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of the project
Coordinate with the client's IT Team to setup all relevant tracking and lead transfer systems as well as further development requests from the client
Understand the full scope and determine all necessary tasks in each step of the project execution in order to smoothly meet client expectations, deadlines and budgets
Create and deliver progress report to the management team and seek appropriate decisions / directions / approvals
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
Advise large and medium sized corporations (primarily within the retail industry) on digital transformation as well as understand their needs and expectations in order to develop long-term digital marketing strategies focusing on clear KPIs using all necessary tools (e.g. Customer Data Platform, Content Management System, Marketing Campaign Automation, E-Commerce, Social Analytic)
Design and Implement Digital Project through company's platform (Using Vendor)
Manage and approach through User's and System's Requirements.
