Description:
Project Technical Leads are assigned to medium/small-scale projects. Their focus will be on the projects and squads. Being the point of contact and decision-maker when a problem occurs inside the project's scope. They help lead project squads to improve their use of technology and achieve business goals. This also includes building high-performance teams and initiating improvements to the internal development processes.
Project Technical Leads will be working closely with team members in the squad, They help PMs to digest requirements technically and be accountable to communicate with the team members.
 
What you will do;
Advise and oversee technical aspects to build a successful product for our clients
Lead the project team to successfully deliver with our standard quality
Be the contact point for ad-hoc issues from the Program Technical Lead
Drive improvement in our Engineering department
Serve as a technical expert and provide technical leadership in several specialized areas within our Engineering department after attaining sufficient experience
Help make sure that the way-of-working standards are implemented for the project team assigned.
 
What you will need;
Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
Expert in at least 1 area and understand the core principle and foundations of others
Mobile Development (Kotlin / Swift / Flutter)
Backend Web Development (Node.js / GoLang / Docker / REST )
Infrastructure and System Architecture (k8s on GCP / AWS / Azure)
Experienced in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins / CircleCI / Bitrise / Buddybuild
Experienced in designing applications with global security procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Thai
Have a good sense of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Familiar with Agile working process and ceremonies
Able to handle client-facing situations
