Role Overview
As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring our SaaS products meet the highest performance and reliability standards. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to create a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated testing for SaaS applications across web and mobile platforms.
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams for resolution.
Perform functional, regression, performance, API, and security testing.
Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Collaborate with development teams to implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure SaaS applications meet quality and compliance standards.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing for web applications.
Participate in sprint planning and Agile development processes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
Strong understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, and cloud-based systems.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman for API testing).
Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of SQL for database testing.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
