Job Description
• Evaluate the need for new documents (procedures, work instructions...) and coordinate with corresponding area for the preparation of corresponding documentation
• Ensure the implementation of procedures, instructions, etc.
• Plan and follow up execution of internal quality audits
• Support the office in quality related issues
• Technical support/assistance and training on the use of the Quality Management System application
• Maintenance of records and documentation in the Quality Management System application
• Responsible for preparing office for external audits (ISO & IFIA) to assure successful completion.
• Follow-up of actions arising from external audits
• Ensures quality controls are in place and maintained across the operation
• Performance monitoring to assure key performance indicators targets are met
• Validate end of month results and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Responsible for managing requests (CARs, SIRs and DCRs), claims and complaints and their proper follow up
• Provide training related to service execution and quality matters
