Job Description
• Implementation of the components of Quality Management System in the processes, unless different standards and policies implemented and agreed with the Client
• Develop and maintain Service Quality Plan
• Establish Quality repository contents
Preparation, delegating the resources, participation in external audit, Internal Cross Centre Audit (ICCA), Internal Engagement Audit (IEA) and QMS Self-Assessment Audit (QSA).
Set up and record actions arising out of external audit, Internal Cross Centre Audit (ICCA), Internal Engagement Audit (IEA) and QMS Self-Assessment Audit (QSA) on engagement issue log and monitor their status
• Provide relevant information of components of QMS (QMS Awareness)
Roles and Responsibility of IMS Coordinator
• Complete Risk Assessment as scheduled in Security Events Calendar
Review and update the Risk Register regularly
• Update BIA, BCP in Troom and coordinate with ISMS team during BCP test for the respective engagement or support function
• Inform the Information Security Officer (ISO) on any client requirement on Information Security or • Business Continuity perspective
Update the ISMS checklist and forward the same to ISO once in 45 days.
