An established export and manufacturing company situated in Kagudoy Road Basak Lapu-lapu City is in urgent need of:
R&D LABORATORY MANAGER (CEBU)
Requirements:
Graduate of BS in CHEMISTRY, BS Material Engineering, or any related Bachelor’s Degree
With knowledge and experience in scientific research specifically in Material Science is an advantage
Strong organizational and leadership skills; has the ability to motivate and lead the laboratory personnel in a positive and effective manner
Result oriented
Analytical and critical thinker
Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
Job Description:
Oversees overall laboratory activities
Sets target and monitor laboratory standards and implement quality control measures
Develop high performing work teams through coaching, training and engaging team members
Supervise and train assigned staff for the purpose of ensuring work assignments are complete and within department objectives
Prepare project updates and reporting
Must have Good communication skills, both oral and written
Initiates one/multiple developmeny projects
Provides technical support and recommendations
Attend meetings, workshops, training and the like as applicable
