We are looking for Registered Guidance Counselors who are passionate and committed to contribute to overall well-being of employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To conduct daily individual and group mentoring and coaching sessions for employees of a reputable BPO company.
To create monthly reports and daily encoding of session notes to coaching tracker;
To attend to meetings as scheduled
Full Time work with shifting/rotating schedule to cater to the needs of the client for their usual working hours (Morning, Mid shift and Night shift) and 8 hours per day for 5 days in a week.
Amenable to work from home until further notice.
