The Talent
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Good Familiarity with RPA tools and methodology will be essential to excel in this role
Certified RPA developer with experience in deploying RPA solutions within an organization is a very strong advantage
Self-starter, who is passionate about leveraging technology to help business operations drive change and improve processes
Possess very strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, on top of excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
The Job:
Managing and developing our RPA program, which involves understanding the needs of our business stakeholders - designing, documenting, and developing RPA solutions
Develop an RPA framework to ensure that the program remains sustainable over a long course, through training and education
Tracking and managing work delivery against Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) set with the business users, as well as supporting initiatives to enhance the capabilities and competencies of Performance Improvement team members.
