We are looking for a proven, quota-carrying sales performers tohelp us grow our ERP software for Construction and RealEstate business. Theposition reports Sales Director directly with the responsibility of achievingsales quota assigned for ERP Platform. The position is required to maximizerevenue and margins by developing business opportunities and delivering valueproposition to target customers to help customers to achieve their businessobjectives.
· Generating new business (acquire new customers) and achieve the assigned revenue target
· Maintain strong pipelines through creating sales opportunities
· Develop business strategies for designated accounts
· Build strategic customer relationships to understand customers' pain points and requirementsand design the right solutions
· Understand competitor landscapes and their strategies
· Platform presentation
· Quotation/proposal development
· Negotiation for deal closure
· Legal contract review (first draft)
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the value to customers
· Maintain collaborative relation with customers and look for new opportunities
· Hunter - must be skilled in the development and closure of new sales opportunities
· Be very proactive in responding to customers' requirements
· Having a good record of sales target achievement
· Solid solution selling skills and sales forecasting abilities
· 3+ years in enterprise software sales with understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning Application(ERP)
· ERP sales experience is a plus
· Graduated in Accounting or Civil Engineer is a plus
· High discipline
· Life-long learner
· Age not over 40
