•Sells condominium units or products by presenting information of the company, the unit and/or products and other necessary information to prospect client in order to close sale.
•Sells condominium units or products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospected agents or buyers directly or via social media and other personal online media platform.
•Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through agents, social contact and networking.
•Maintains relationships with agents and clients by providing appropriate support, correct information, and guidance;
•Researching and recommending new opportunities.
•Identifies new product / condominium developments by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
•Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Not over 45 years old
Bachelor Degree in any field
Able to communicate in Chinese and/or Russian and/or English fluently
Interpersonal Skills
General Math Skills and Microsoft Office Skills
Possess deep knowledge of Social Media and Online sales/marketing
