- Align sales efforts with the overall business objectives of the hotel.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Monitor competitors and stay informed about industry dynamics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Personally handle negotiations with key clients and larger accounts.
- Work closely with other hotel departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the hospitality industry.
Customer Service Focus:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.

Thai Nationality

Hotel industry work experience
Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
A resulted oriented with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Previous role as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager in a similar quality hotel
