Job Description
1. Responsible for engaging in superior customer service by making information readily available
2. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
3. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
4. Answers questions from clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent
· At least 1 year work-related experience; fresh graduates are also welcome
· At least with work experience in Accounts Payable and Disbursement procedures
· Strongly inclined in Customer Service and documentation
· Organize, keen into details, flexible and willing to render overtime work
· Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
· Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure
· Computer literate, printer, scanner, photocopier, telephone and proficient in MS Office
5. Assists in researching client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
6. Assists in creating a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them
7. Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
8. Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
9. Ensures that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
10. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
