Qualifications:
Bachelors degree of business course preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field
With at least 3 years’ solid experience in handling sales and marketing role
Knowledgeable in direct selling, market demand research, and marketing strategies to widen customer coverage
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Result driven, passionate, and motivated
Knowledgeable in computer software such as Office 365, ERP, Pipe drive, and CRM
Willing to stay-in and can start immediately
Job Functions:
Sets, achieves, and reports monthly and yearly sales targets
Plans and implements marketing strategies and reviews the effectiveness of marketing performance
Handles escalated issues such as customer complaints and feedbacks
Establishes ex exceptional customer relationships
