Duties & Responsibilities
LEAD, MANAGE and MOTIVATE a team of sales people also responsible for ongoing recruitment of new sales people.
Main responsibility in the foundation stages of the TEAM BUILDING is to lead from the FRONT, with a consistent volume of quality sales.
Duties include:
Sales Strategy
• Set strategy to achieve goal and maintain sales performance for yourself and team
Sales Management
• Goal setting by yearly and quarterly for the whole team and individually
• Coaching salespersons on regular basis : Motivation, Selling Skill, Management Skill, Objection Handling Skill
• Planning Weekly Plan, Time Management to allocate time for Gold Prospect, Appointment Call, Presentation, Follow up
Sales Training
• Arrange Weekly Sales Meeting on every Monday and Thursday
• Field Training with salespersons
• Admin Support Training due to the job to support sales team
• Pre-Training and Post Training to develop salespersons' skills
Team Environment
• Create teamwork environment and ensure that all salespersons are working as a team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• Age 30 up
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have own car and driver's license
• Prefer minimum 3 years of sale experience and 2 years in Team management
• Fair communication in English language
• Leadership skill
• Proven people skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports as assigned
• Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor required
• Motivated and self-directed sales professional that can operate within proper guidelines
