The compensation package is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment.
Modified General Community Quarantine is in full effect in Cebu City thus we are implementing a temporary work-at-home set up on selected accounts. With this, we will only be able to process applications coming from Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City. As soon as MGCQ is lifted, all operations will resume onsite.

Responsibilities
Take inbound calls and chats from prospects who have demonstrated interest for the tool
Ask questions about the prospect's business challenges and help them understand how DocuSign may be able to help solve those challenges
Discern propensity to buy and send qualified sales opportunities to Sales Account Executives to pursue and close
Capture qualification information in CRM database
Qualifications
4 year college degree is required
English language, spoken and written, fluency
Prior prospecting, marketing, sales, or sales support experience
Excellent vocal skills, courteous, well-spoken, and have a pleasing tone
Ability to ask question, gather information and formulate an action plan to connect business needs to solutions
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectively
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Open to working flexible shifts in the evening and during holidays
*As recommended by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City, and the Cebu Province have been placed under the more relaxed Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) starting on September 1 to September 30, 2020.
