คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. - Male / Female , 26 - 40 years old
2. - A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field
3. - Minimum 3 years professional experience in SAP support operations, including experience troubleshooting and supporting SAP applications and operating systems.
4. - At least 1 year experience supervising technical SAP support staff, or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience which provides the following knowledge, abilities and skills.
5. - Experience gathering and documenting system requirements and documenting system functional design for business applications package solutions and related implementation issues from a functional perspective.
6. - Knowledge and training in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Six Sigma process improvement, as well as Change Management and Configuration Management best practices.
7. - Experience with enterprise wide system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion.
8. - Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including word processing and spreadsheet, and project management tools and Visio.
9. - Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with internal and external users, peers, and management, to clearly and concisely communicate, to develop good working relationships and use facilitation skills.
