Responsibilities:
Take an important part during both SAP implementation and development.
Serve as a primary contact for SAP application troubleshooting and escalate issues to external support providers when necessary.
Be a contact point for all technical related issues with the headquarter in Beijing and with external IT consultants.
Be an internal consultant who facilitates the use of technology as a tool for process improvement across all divisions.
Train and assist all key-users and ensure proper functionality.
Lead and support new IT projects and implementation activities in Thailand which include overseeing changes and upgrading existing technologies.
Keep up-to-date with technology trends.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
2-3 years of work experience in IT/application support or similar roles
More than 1 year of experience in SAP is preferred
Experienced from either inhouse or SAP consulting firm
Can communicate in English
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with service-minded attitude
