What you will do
Being a facilitator, educator of the Agile practice, activities to team member to be sustainable.
Being a shield for the scrum team from outside distraction/interferences and remove the impediments.
Supporting the continuous improvement of Agile practices by sharing internal or external organisation.
Focus on team dynamics and grooming them to be a self-development team.
Supporting, educating, and collaborating with a Product Owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next iteration.
Coach and mentor the organisation to facilitate Agile adaption and maturity.
What we're looking for
Experience in a Scrum Master at least 2 years.
Experience Coaching / Training team in Agile Concept and practices of Software Development.
Experience in an Agile Framework or method such as Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe.
Experience working with a Software Development team.
Strong skill and knowledge of Servant Leadership, Coaching, Training, Interpersonal Communication, Facilitation, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Increasing Transparency.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
