Business analysts are responsible for enhancing the quality of Chatbot projects and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders, work with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications, and create documents such as business requirement documents and test cases.

Our leadership team who will coach you consist of our CTO who certifies AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional certification - and our Project Advisor - who has more than 20 years of enterprise project management experience.
Your ideal profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
At least 3 years experience in Software development or IT
Strong designing logic and creativity in software development
Proactivity and Problem-solving skills are mandatory
Good relations with teams and maintain relationships with customers
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Your day to day:
Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure that the development meets the established scope and timeline.
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements.
Validating and documenting business requirements.
Communicating software specifications to the Development teams and other stakeholders.
Participates in the QA to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Execute and monitor testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected
Creating defects log and report to the Development teams.
Creating FSD, TSD, Test Case, Test Result, User Manual, and Test Scenario for solutions.
