Description:
Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
Workflow & Architecture Design: Design system workflows and architecture that align with business needs and ensure they are implementable by the development team.
Ensure Requirement Alignment: Work closely with the development team to ensure all gathered requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and system solutions.
Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for system designs, workflows, and requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Positive Test Cases: Design and execute positive test cases to verify that the system functions according to the specified requirements and meets stakeholder expectations.
Communication: Serve as the bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and align with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business System Analyst with a focus on requirements gathering, workflow design, and system architecture.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in creating and executing test cases.
Proficiency in documentation and process design tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
