Job Description
          We are looking for a Sr.Front-End Developer to join our core engineering team with experience inbuilding scalable cloud-based applications. You will be part of a talented team of software engineers who strive to apply the latest technology trends to provide best in class solutions for our customers. This position is responsible for performing advanced programming tasks for the maintenance and enhancement of our cloud-based products. You will leverage a moderate understanding of the business domain and existing frameworks for the success of development projects.  
Responsibilities
- Architecting, developing and shipping customer facing code.  
- Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.  
- Partner with Product Owner to align with objectives, priorities , tradeoffs and risk and manage the backlogs  
- Participate in design and architecture discussions and planning  
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges  
- The Sr. developer will lead developers. Apart from this he will/ can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for smooth execution of projects.  
- The senior developers will keep a track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team learn from existing projects.  
- Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members 
- Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software/ framework/languages/ technology with ease. 
Qualification
- 3+ years experience in software engineering teams development of web-based frontend. 
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.  
- Great understanding of the DOM, client side performance and browser compatibilities  
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS 
- Proficient understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, React, Angular, etc. as well as Type ScriptGood understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX Proficientunderstanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.  
- Familiar with Web Sockets, and real-time development.  
Nice to have
- Experience with automated UI testing.  
- Experience with developing unit tests and test-driven development.  
- Experience applying application and infrastructure micro-frontend patterns.  
- Experience with Module Federation, Lerna based monorepos, and Webpack 5.
