Job Description :
1.Facilitate innovative solution to client problems from various business sectors, in particular technology and startup business
2.Structure the deal, draft, review and manage legal document from business requirements
3.Coordinate with clients on various matters with the efficient communication skills to provide clarification on legal language to the clients
4.Conduct legal research, gather uses cases and write a comprehensive legal memo to support the alternative and solution provided to the client
