Job Description
We are looking for aPHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange ofdata between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be thedevelopment of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the centraldatabase, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from thefront-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elementsbuilt by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understandingof front-end technologies is necessary as well.  
Responsibilities
Mentor and lead a team of junior developers. 
Partner with Product Owner to align with objectives, priorities , tradeoffs and risk and manage thebacklogs 
Participate in design and architecture discussions and planning 
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges 
The Sr. developer will lead developers. Apart from this he will/ can be involved in the codingactivities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for smooth execution of projects. 
The senior developers will keep a track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs,performance issues and involve the team learn from existing projects. 
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members 
Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn newSoftware/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease. 
Skills & Qualifications
  
3+ years experience in software engineering teams development of web-based solutions, backend, and frontend. 
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. 
Strong knowledge of the PHP web frameworks such as Laravel , CodeIgniter. 
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP. 
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. 
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as VueJS, Angular, or React. 
A desire to keep up with modern best practices in web development. 
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages. 
Nice to have
 
Experience with automated testing. 
Experience with container-based such as Kubernetes. 
Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline. 
Experience with Jira, Confluence.
