Summary: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software development and data management projects. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
 
Responsibilities :
Configure CRM systems based on customer requirements and workflows
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
Ensure that projects meet all quality standards and requirements
Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead and manage software development and data management projects from inception to completion
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and data analysts
Deliver comprehensive onboarding, including training sessions and preparation of materials such as user guides and system blueprints.
Manage and implement post-launch change requests to ensure the system aligns with evolving business needs.
Provide ongoing technical support to optimize system performance and usability.
 
Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience in Software development, SaaS, IT, or Data management projects
Strong technical skills with the ability to customize and configure CRM tools
Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., SaaS, HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce or similar platforms)
Experience in managing system changes and understanding customer business processes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication skills such as Thai and English for training and customer support.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with social media tracking and data integration.
Knowledge of advanced GA4 360 features or Google Platform.
Certifications in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), or related analytics platforms.
