What you will do: 
Understand client's problem statement and application objective goal to design application use-case and user experience.
Explore many different approaches to solving a specific user problem and ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next.
Develop user role and persona for UI designer, product analyst and software developer to deeply understand user journey and design solutions for the client.
Conduct workshop with client to find out user's need to design application journey, interaction and experience.
Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients, product analyst and project management.
Coordinate with UI Designer to figure out visual design corresponding to user's problem and designate experience design.
What you must have: 
5 - 8 years of experience in UX / UI designing , Seniority depends upon intense of experience.
Experienced or at least an awareness of design thinking, design processes, and system thinking and be able to conduct workshop with users to explore their needs.
Experienced in using tools (Sketch, UXPin, Adobe XD) to visualize user journey to customer.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Basic understand in Agile process and ability to work with developers and other stakeholders.
