What will you do:
Transform our existing financial platform to be a microservice-based platform
Co-work with our product owner to manage timeline for feature planning and release
Coach and mentor team
Contributing to high-level architecture planning, consulting with our internal team on approach and level of effort, directing more junior developers.
Breaking down complex tasks to smaller pieces and distribute it across the team
Keep company techs and tools appropiately up-to-date to the latest trend
Must have:
Strong leadership and menthorship skill
Strong project management and Scrum
Several years experience with Laravel or similar frameworks such as Django, Ruby on rails, AdonisJS, NestJS (Stacks can be changable)
Strong experience with ReactJS or VueJS and SPA
Strong knowledge of OO concepts and design patterns
Automated testing (Feature, integration and unit)
Good to have:
Microservices architecture
Complex financial system architecture (lending product)
Kubenetes, docker and AWS
You are an open-minded person with a CAN-DO attitude and love to communicate/discuss with the team
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
Be able to communicate and fluent in English
Summary
In short, we need you to have experiences with Laravel, VueJS, ES6, Automated testing, Scrum, JIRA, Code review (Pull request), CI/CD (Circle CI), Docker -- but not all skills needed at once
