Job Description
The Site Engineer shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Handling of civil works in housing, both horizontal and vertical projects
2. Exposure in actual housing inspection
3. Knowledgeable in preparing reports and evaluating/validating work accomplishment of contractors
4. Inspection of facilities and analysis of operational data
5. Maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards
6. Compilation of estimates for technical and material requirement for project development
7. Determination and presentation of estimates of operational costs; evaluation of operations and processes
8. Suggestion of processes and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
9. Implementation of improvements to designs and processes
10. Incorporation of eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans
11. Testing of material and structural integrity, researches the environmental impact of the project
12. Preparation of proposal documents and presentations as well asa creation of graphical representations of proposed solutions
