Job Description
1. Process Optimization: Streamline SMT processes for efficiency and reliability.
2. WO Management: Efficient handling of work order transitions and scheduling.
3. Maintenance Management: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of SMT machines.
4. Quality Control Oversight: Implement and manage stringent quality control protocols.
5. Team Leadership and Training: Lead and develop SMT technicians, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.
6. Technology Upgradation: Drive adoption of latest SMT technologies and practices.
7. Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as IPC-CFX.
8. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with other departments including external customers for smooth operations and report KPIs to top management.

 1. Requirement • Gender Male/Female, age not over 45 years old • Educational Qualifications: Preferably a degree in Electronics Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • At least 10 years experiences and have strong background in SMT engineering, preferably in the storage industry. • Must be expertise and knowledgeable in advanced SMT automation technologies. • Proficiency knowledge in IPC-CFX for connected factory exchange. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in a high-pressure manufacturing environment. • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration. • Evidence of success in similar roles, backed by quantifiable improvements in previous positions.
