Why we need you
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team to help us grow our Opn team. The Opn team will be based in Thailand and Japan, building the Opn Commerce product which will be used by corporate clients around the world. These enterprise services and solutions will vary from project to project but will primarily revolve around eWallets, payment solutions, and other mobile applications.
What you will be doing
Design and develop web applications by using Node.js/ React.JS/ Ruby on Rails framework
Collaborate with other staff and clients to gather business needs and design the best solution
Maintain long-running large scale production application
Work with UX/UI Designer to deliver pixel-perfect handcrafted user interfaces
Develop user interface by using CSS3, HTML5, React.JS, JavaScript, TypeScript
Use CI/CD tools to automated your working process, yes, you will do automated testing
Learning and improving your teamwork skills in a fast-paced software engineering team
What you have
2+ years of continuous React/ Javascript/ Node.js experience as a developer
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Strong Git skill
Experience in TDD and automated testing
Familiar with working in an agile/scrum development environment
Familiarity with databases, both SQL and NoSQL
Have deep curiosity about users and ability to give and receive constructive feedback about the work with the team
Proactive about ideas and confident enough to speak up when you have an opinion
Ability to communicate in English and/ or Thai
