QA / Manual Tests Analyst is responsible to set up test trials and preconditions to examine product functionality, content and user-friendliness. This role is to review product requirements and specifications in order to foresee potential issues, provide input of functional requirements and advise on design.
QA are responsible to develop and execute test cases for core applications and new features and ensure defect-free release of the application.
QA will work with a creative and talented team within big data, AI/ML, NLP fields.
Roles &Responsibilities:
Design, develop and execute manual tests during designated builds, to verify application readiness for production implementation
Write design and functional specifications for use in testing on all core applications
Analyse the test results by performing root cause analysis and suggest necessary actions as required such as bug resolution and code optimization. Ensure test defects are tracked to closure
Coordinates efforts with software engineers to identify performance opportunities, as well as to ensure testability issues are addressed during the design life cycle
Develops new and refines existing QA processes, tools, and testing infrastructure to enhance quality and productivity
Effectively communicate with business and design teams during new feature reviews and throughout product development
Acquire knowledge necessary to perform job assignments (technology, product and process)
Help investigate, troubleshoot, and document bugs or production defects. Provide ongoing feedback on deliverables.
Qualification:
At least 1 year of software testing experience for Junior level
More than 3 years of software testing experience with at least 1 year in website automated testing for Senior Level 
Thai Nationality Only
Knowledge of agile scrum development life-cycles and how they pertain to Quality Assurance needs
Comfortable with iterative and incremental development with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Well organizational skills - able to multitask, prioritize & coordinate resources including to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Requires a strong individual contributor with the ability to be effective working with cross-functional teams and departments
Communicative, decisive and reliable
Passionate about technologies along with business knowledge
Experience in day-to-day operations of a quality assurance environment with the ability to explain test automation concepts to cross functional teams, requiring effective communication skills.
