Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with client teams in understanding business context and defining effective solutions.
- As a consultant with banking experience advice business on direction to take.
- Direct teams effort to define technical, operational and user requirements.
- Present solution and get stakeholder buy-in. Work with infra-architects to define the infrastructure setup needed.
- Guide and mentor teams to deliver the solution.
- Define reference architecture and standards for teams to adhere.
- Conduct reviews to ensure compliance.
- Foresee potential problems and proactively suggest improvements.
- Build framework components and complex parts of the solution.
- Hand off solution to operational support teams, and assist support teams in troubleshooting production problems.
