- Establish business relationships with suppliers in both local and global markets (participate vendor fair for new innovation).
- Research and negotiate the most competitive price in the marketplace.
- Create an approval vendor list based on performance, cost, and sustainability criteria.
- Coaching and monitoring sourcing team (For Manager level only).
สิ่งที่ต้องการในงาน
2. Bachelor's degree in any field, open for both Thai and Expat.
3. 3-7 years (For Officer level), 8-10 years or above (For Manager level) in Sourcing Specialist / Manager in Leather, Textile, Fabric, Garment, Apparel Footwear Factory.
4. Experience in sourcing or dealing material from China is MUST (For Manager level).
5. Excellence English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing).
6. Chinese proficiency would be a plus.
7. Exhibit a high degree of cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
