Job Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for building incredible user experiences based on in-depth user research and usability testing.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Working closely together with our product manager and developers, understand their needs and translate this into UI/UX design.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, UX Pin.
Provide fresh insights, new concepts, and improvements to the user experience.
Working independently and collaboratively with team members to develop UI workflow and design.
Assist in conceptualizing, developing and directing the visual style of the portal.
Developing creative materials and design concepts that meet the style and business objectives of the company.
Taking verbal concepts through to final execution of artwork.
Design, plan, and refine user experience and flow for multiple projects, through pre-production, release, and live operations.
Create wireframes, workflow diagrams, mockups and design specifications for proper implementation.
Experience with design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Sketch, UX Pin.
Demonstrated knowledge of information architecture (IA), task-flow models, storyboarding, wire-framing, visual design specifications, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
8 + years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design / Visual Communication and front-end development.
Experience in working with various designing software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools.
Knowledge of common modern web technologies, like HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with JavaScript (with or without jquery)
Strong understanding of UI and usability principles, along with the awareness of current trends in Content Management Systems
Strong interests and expert capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences.
Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability.
Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.
Expert knowledge of Experienced at driving a user experience from start-to-finish that delivers results, connects emotionally.
Strong understanding of mobile and interactive design fundamentals.
