 Job Position: SystemAnalyst 
As a System Analyst,you will be the one who is in charge of designing, transforming, modifying  
and evaluatingdifferent systems to ensure compatibility, users' efficiency and effectiveness.Moreover, you also turn user requirements into a set of functionalspecifications that suit our product solutions. You will also be a person whois accountable and responsible for the full life cycle of development to beable to deploy and deliver the completed product to the customer and ensurethat the delivered package will meet the requirement and commitment timeline. 
You'll work with our customerwho is a Top 5 financial institution of Thailand and leverage a real-timeEnterprise Fraud Solution platform which is the best in class in machinelearning technique which is recognized in Gartner Market Guide for Online Frauddetection. 
 
Responsibilities: 
This is acustomer-facing role, you will works directly with the customer and deliveryteam to fully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fitfor purpose including support the customer and relevant technical stakeholdersto integrate to our suite of products 
Support the customerand their relevant technical team to integrate to our suite of products,designing and setting up their accounts, providing technical guidance, as wellas assistance in troubleshooting and resolving incidents. 
Analyse and Designs anew IT solutions or systems, modify, enhance, or adapt existing system andintegrate new feature or improvement including Design a data mapping betweendesired source into destination system 
Defines the finalisedscope and manage the project right though completion and post live monitoring,following clear and well-maintained project plans. 
Implement, configure,and test feasible solutions. 
Create the followingdocumentation: Requirements documents, Feasibility studies, Designspecifications, Flowcharts and diagrams, sign off document, Training documents,Deployment documents 
Review productquality and fix problem to control the operation and troubleshoot the technicalissues 
Deploying new systemas well as maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required 
Prepare and Testsystem by executing system integration testing (SIT) in both functional andnonfunctional and verify / inspect software applications to meet the qualitystandard. 
Plan the schedule ofthe development task and manage to meet within the timeline. 
Produce statusreports on assigned tasks to keep management appraised of developmentactivities, issues, etc. 
Ensure that theproduction support handover is taken in place. 
Communicateproactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identifyproblems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. 
 
Ideal Candidate: 
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field 
5 Year+ experience in system analyst roles 
Experiences knowledge of a wide variety of programminglanguages and systems integration especially ETL and middleware programmingsuch as RH Fuse 
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing,training, and implementing new applications and systems 
Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understandcomplex business and systems and provide a suitable solution for clients. 
Experiences working on integration projects with multiplestakeholders and organizations 
Experienced in core banking system's datasource attributesand use cases 
Have a good knowledge of Software testing and softwaredevelopment life cycle 
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel toprovide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implementefficiency improvements. 
Experience developing and deploying the enterprise solutions 
Excellent time management and organizational skills andexperience establishing guidelines in these areas for others 
Familiar with Open Source tools and microservicesarchitecture design such as nginx, kafka, elastic search, MongoDB 
Understand Fraud Industry (Preferable) 
Very good communicating in English 
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously 
Able for traveling to the customer's site if require orflexible for relocation depending on the customer project based
