Qualification
Male/Female, Age not over 30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
1-3 years of experience in system analyst
Experience in Insurance business will be considered
Experience in web-based architecture, software project management, or information architecture is preferred.
Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills
Positive attitude, able to work hard, high responsibility and good teamwork
Job Description
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
Develop, analyze, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for programmers to follow
Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
Define and coordinate testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics,and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
Design, implement, and upgrade information systems to meet the business and user needs
