Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is responsible for the following.
Search for Tech engineering leads
Screen resumes engineering talent based on different computer languages, skills and experiences
Pre-screen candidate for culture and interest
Arranged for technical interview
Arranged for candidates to solve  coding test problems both onsite and take home projects
Arrange for interview at office
Issue Acceptance offer
Initial onboarding
You must be a 
Self starter and displays ownership
Good understanding of how tech engineering teams work. 
Good understand of agile and scrum product development  
Ability to screen candidate's engineering skills and capabilities
Able to use jobs board and linkedin and social media effectively to attract candidates
Resilient and able to complete tasks both independently or with a team 
Ability to self research and outstanding performance of your true talent
Ability to strategize work and think like a business owner
Has had a previous experience in growing teams
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications.
Male / Female age 25 - 40 years old
Good command of English
Bachelor's in business, HR, computer science, engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years of  experience in HR management / recruitment / talent acquisition in tech companies
Experience with onboarding employees
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to analyze and interpret data
Proven ability to meet deadlines and a positive attitude
Highly professional and enjoys a dynamic tech startup culture
