Job description:
Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, negotiating, reference check and hiring process.
Gather requirement and ensure their targets are achieved at all time
Developing and implementing contemporary recruitment methods to attract and retain top quality Candidates appropriate to the position and the company's needs.
Review organization chart and manpower planning with line manager
Update recruitment reports to strategic group everyday.
Build applicant sources and advertise job vacancies, e.g. campus recruitment, social media and job sites
Identifying what, exactly, about company makes it attractive to candidate (employee branding)
To initiate and develop company branding by leverage candidate facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
Assists with company projects and human resource related events.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน HR, Talent Acquisition , Company branding , Talent Development Program, recruitment , Corporate marketing ,Call center
มีทักษะทางด้านการสื่อสารและประสานงาน ,โน้มน้าว จูงใจ, ต่อรองเก่ง
มีความสามารถในการทําเอกสาร report หรือ เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการจัดเก็บเอกสาร
มีความสามารถในการทํา Branding องค์กร , Marketing องค์กร , เขียนสคริป ถ่ายทําวีดีโอ ทําโปสเตอร์ เพื่อสื่อสาร

สามารถใช้ Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point) ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงานบางปะกง/ เพชรเกษม/ สินสาครได้ ในกรณีมีประชุม, กิจกรรมที่โรงงาน
